The ground floor propose an Honesty bar filled with cold and hot drinks. We also are glad to propose some other drinks such as wine, cocktails or sodas. Do not hesitate to have a look to our card or take more information from reception.

BEAUTY TREATMENTS

If you would like to take advantage of our beauty treatment service in your room, we can arrange for an appointment with a make-up artist, manicurist, a masseur or a hairdresser. Please contact Reception for the desired service. (9)

To ensure you enjoy your stay to the full, in complete privacy, Hotel Whistler offers a variety of breakfast menus, served in your room from 7 am. This service is available all day at your convenience. Breakfast is also served in the ground-floor lounge during the same hours.

Great care has been taken with every detail of your room’s exclusive decoration scheme. If you would like to know more about the decorative elements and fabrics used in your room, don’t hesitate to ask at reception, – each has a history all its own. Accordingly, if any of these items were damaged accidentally, Hotel Whistler would be obliged to any costs incurred to your bill.

DEPARTURE

If you wish to leave your room later than the midday check out time, please enquire at Reception, who will do their best to meet your requirements, according to room availability.

DELIVERY SERVICE

It is a pleasure to confirm the Reception can agree delivery to your attention during your stay. It will be stored at reception or on request can be supplied in your room. In case you need to have something delivered in Paris, we can help you contacting a courier.

Two of the hotel’s rooms are specially designed for guests with reduced mobility.

DOCTOR

Contact Reception if you need an emergency medical appointment. Our staff can also pick up your prescriptions from the chemist’s. Plasters and antiseptics are available for minor cuts and wounds. (9)

DO NOT DISTURB

Please let Reception know if you do not wish to be disturbed, to prevent calls being put through to your room. You can also contact Reception if you would prefer your room to be prepared at your convenience. (9)

ECOLOGY

In order to preserve the environment, we invite our guests staying at the Hôtel for several nights to leave on the floor only the towels the housekeepers will have to change. This small act prevents from massive water consumption.

ELECTRICITY

To get the light in the room, you will have to introduce your keycard in the electric box at the entrance next to the door.

EXTRA DUVETS

If you require an extra duvet for an even more comfortable night’s sleep, please contact Reception. (9)

FORGOTTEN / LOST ITEM

If you think you have left behind one of your goods at the hotel, contact reception to confirm whether we found it back. Besides, if you have forgotten for you stay some products, we can propose to offer toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving kit…

The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer for guests’ use.

Need a moment of relaxation? The hotel offers a Hamman in free access open from 8am to 10pm. To take advantage of it, do not hesitate to inform the reception 15 minutes in advance in order to enjoy it.

HEATING

Your room is equipped with a two-way heating system. You can adjust the temperature as required, using the control panel situated just inside the entrance to your room.

HOUSEKEEPER

A chambermaid is in charge of taking care of your room. If you hang the “Do not disturb” sign on your door, she will not enter your room. If you would like to specify a particular time for this service, please inform Reception. KEYCARD

If you are sharing a room, please ask Reception to issue a keycard to each occupant. In addition to opening the door to your room, the keycard is also used to switch on the power, when it is inserted into the switch just inside the door as you come into your room. The keycard should be removed from the switch when you leave the room. Please do not insert any objects other than the keycard, so as not to interfere with switch operation. IMPORTANT: It is imperative to always have your keycard with yourself because it allows opening the entrance door of the hotel and enable the access to the floors by the stairs or lift.

LAUNDRY / DRY CLEANING

A bag is provided for this purpose, which you will find in your walk-in wardrobe. Leave the bag with the dedicated form well filled at the bottom of your bed. Please advise the Reception to be able to send it to the laundry service as soon as possible (9)

LUGGAGE

We can take care of your luggage and retrieve it from when you check out of the hotel. Please contact Reception (9).

NO SMOKING

The entire interior of the Hotel Whistler is non-smoking. This applies to all rooms and suites, the lobby and all indoor areas. We would ask you to comply with our smoke-free policy for everyone’s comfort and well-being. Guests who fail to adhere to this policy are reminded that smoking will set off both the smoke and fire alarms. Furthermore, if we notice tobacco odors in your room, Hotel Whistler will be obliged to hire the services of an outside company to clean and remove the odors from your room, the cost of which will be added to the bill in the sum of a € 350.00 flat fee.

Ask at Reception, if you need photocopies made. (9) According to the number of copy, fees can be applied. The reception is at your disposal to provide more details if requested.

PETS

Pets are allowed (weight limit staying in the room is 6 kg) at Hotel Whistler.

Every morning, the hotel offers a personalized press review service, tailored to your needs, including news from the local press. Please inform Reception of your requirements. (9)

PRINTING DOCUMENTS

If you have any documents that need to be printed out, simply e-mail the files to the following address bonjour@whistlerparis.com or simply hand them to Reception for printing. Your print-outs will be available for collection at Reception or returned to your room in an envelope, as you wish. (9) From 20 pages, we will apply some fees. The reception remains at your disposal to inform about rates.

Your room has a safe to protect your valuables. It has internal lighting to ensure that you don’t leave anything behind. To load the code of your safe, select a 4-number secret code and press “ENTER” to load it. Then press “CLOSE” to lock it. To have your items, you only need to dial your secret code.

STEAM ROOM

Need to relax? The Hotel Whistler is fitted with a steam room on free access from 7am to 8pm. Contact reception 15 minutes before to be sure to take plenty advantage of it.
